Best spicy dish in the world

Emadatse is the best spicy dish I have ever tasted. My idea of good food is food that is spicy, the hotter the better. I even put hot oil (chinese restaurant special) in yogurt and ground black pepper on pineapple. There is no food on earth that cannot benefit from the addition of some spice. The more heat the better.
The best thing about emadatse is that the cheese and finely diced onions give it a creamy taste - for a dish that is so hot, it still retains great flavor.
My wife made me a pot of this a few weeks ago and it was sheer fire.

Leave the ribs and seeds in the chillies. Also, substitute habaƱeros for the jalapeƱos if you can handle real fire.
